Crafted from EVA foam with faux leather and brass tacks.
This shield is a lightweight version of the type of shield called a Targe carried by highland clansmen during the 17th-18th century. The Targe would have been a vital piece of equipment for a highland warrior and thier legendary attach known as the Highland charge.
The EVA Foam construction and faux leather covering gives the shield its distinctive look along with the brass tacks creating a decorative pattern on the face of the shield and craft foam boss in the centre of the shield. Two webbing straps on the back allow the user to wear the shield comfortably on thier arm.
The brass tacks pattern on the face of the shield can be customized to the buyers specifications for an extra cost. (please contact me to discuss patterns)
